CJG wellness was founded with one thing in mind, to help you 'Live Life To The Fullest', our mantra and how we live here at CJG Wellness.

 

I am on a mission to help restore well-being, vibrancy, and hope back into life. My desire is to empower others to take action and take charge of their life by offering specialized tools, products and opportunities to help you achieve your wellness goals.

I am a certified Health Coach from the Trinity School Of Natural Health and certified as a Zyto Specialist. My other qualifications include a certificate of Education from the University of London and a Bachelor of Education from the Council of National Academic Awards. So you see, my passion is to help educate people.
